poor cleanliness

We arrived to find the door propped open, which was an unsettling first impression. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. hair on the sheets and dust under the bed was disappointing. Additionally, despite requesting room service for clean sheets, we returned to find no changes made. These issues significantly impacted our experience.

I had a lovely stay at Bastion Hotel Arnhem. The spacious Deluxe Twin Room was perfect, and I truly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with warm options, including an omelette cooked to order. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

It was just a solid selection for getting around area in Arnhem with reasonable value. The air conditioning really helped keep the room cool during a warm day. Check out the local public transport options for easier travel around the city.

Had a lovely stay in the spacious Deluxe King Room! The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Arnhem's city center and close to the famous John Frost bridge. The underground parking was a lifesaver, and the breakfast had an excellent variety, including an omelette cooked to order!
